A Quick Adventure in a ’65 Cesna 172

After some schedule coordinating, a friend and I took a quick flight from West Jordan Airport, flew over Heber and was back to the airport for lunch. It had been quite a few years since I flew in a small prop aircraft. The last time was when I flew in a 1943 Stearman, which happen to be at Heber quite a few years ago.

The experience flying in a small plane is always one of excitement and bravery. The plane always feels very light, rickety and with questionable stability when a cross wind is felt. This thrill is such a primal feeling of the longing for adventure.

I took a good amount of video clips from the GoPro – I’ll add this as soon as I have it done.
