I visited the one and only car museum here in Fairbanks: Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum. This large collection of Pre-WWII cars and clothing is well presented and cared for. It’s interesting to also see how many of these cars have a connection with Alaska.
Another very interesting part of this museum is all the period clothing around the cars. I’ve seen this in many other museums but not to this extent – it is fantastic.
This place is certainly a great experience. Stop by.
